☆Here's to the night we felt alive☆

So, Christmas was a lot of fun! My family spent a lot of time together and we baked and did crafts and stuff like that XD we also watched the Thai version of Shutter together and screamed a lot. It was a blast.

I got an iPod Touch for Christmas, and I named it James Sunderland XD I'm such a Silent Hill nerd. I'm ALMOST as nerdy for SH as I am for Ouran, but not quite. Speaking of Silent Hill, we're about halfway done with SH 4 ;_; IF EILEEN DIES, I'LL NEVER FORGIVE MYSELF. I want one of the good endings. I don't care if our apartment is haunted as long as Eileen doesn't drown in the blood-water. Yes, I looked at spoilers, but it was an accident ;_; I'm also making an SH 2 video for "Only" by NIN, because it's so perfect for James and Pyramid Head and Maria. I might post it here later, but I doubt anyone cares XD

Also, here's this year's Ouran Xmas fic <3 it's TamaHaru, but it always is XD Blah, that couple is too cute. Things had better stay good between them in the oneshot this month, or I'll cry forever.

So I got ANOTHER virus /: and this time all I did was save a picture. I am never, ever, never, ever ever ever ever ever saving/downloading anything again unless I'm on my laptop (because it has Linux, which is badass enough to keep pretty much any virus away). I don't care so much because it's just a computer and plus I can fix it on my own, but I wish people didn't make viruses. It's such a waste of time and computer skills. I think I'm going to become a computer programmer and create a program that blocks any program that modifies the way Windows runs so viruses won't work anymore. I've started teaching myself code already.

Anyway, I've developed a new addiction XD it's the Korean suspense/thriller "Black House". It's so cool. The protagonist is named Jeun Juno and he's adorable. He's an optimistic insurance agent who's all caring and he's just... so adorable. I made a RP account for him if anyone wants to RP with him: jeun_juno
stefanie_k had the right idea making a musebox XD I need a way to keep track of all my RP journals. I lose/forget them half the time. Maybe I'll make a musebox too if I ever stop being lazy...

Last night I had a dream I was running a charity with Caitlin Glass (kiristokyoto) XD it was awesome and made me think that if I ever have the opportunity, I'm definitely going to have to do that in real life. It was so fun and nice, and much better than the dream I had the other night, where I got my throat slit and woke up with the feeling still there (the pain and blood running down and whatnot) and had to sit up choking XD I love when I have nice dreams. And Caitlin Glass is adorable and very funny <3 Caitlin, I doubt you'll ever read this because of how busy you are with training and your lack of internet and everything, but congrats on the wedding XD

I'm working on chapter 35 of Duet at the moment <3 I really love this story, but I can't wait to finish it so I can focus a little more on my novels XD though it's become a novel in itself. It's the second-longest thing I've ever written... so of course it has to be fanfiction.

So anyway, if any of you figure out what you want for Christmas don't forget to let me know. I'm running really behind on all my Xmas stuff ^^; oops.

Oh wow, this entry is overdue XDDD I meant to post this a week ago, but I've been so darn busy having fun that I completely forgot. Christmas was amazing, as was New Year's. Before I get into anything, I want to thank all of you for the wonderful Christmas gifts! YOU GUYS ARE SO SWEET! 8D *explodes* Whether they were IRL gifts or virtual ones, they all made my day special and I loved them.

Beware that this entry might end up being rather image heavy, since I have a lot to share XD But everything goes behind cuts, so don't worry.

Anyway, on Christmas I went to my grandma's house, and it was nice to see her. I'm really happy that we're getting along better than we did when I was a teenager... same with all my aunts and uncles. I got Cindy in the Secret Santa, so I bought her a ton of candles and some wall sconces and biscotti <3 she seemed to like them. Brad got me, and he got me a Hello Kitty ring and some matching earrings, which were so cute! I've been wearing the ring around the house all week, though I keep forgetting to wear the earrings.

I got Sims 3, a camera, and Phantom of the Opera from my parents 8D I was wary about them spending a lot of money on me until my mom finally caved and admitted that they got everything really cheap, and then I was okay XD My sister and got Disgea 1 and 2 along with a bunch of CD's, and we're been addicted to both games all week. We spent HOURS leveling up our team, and now we're ready for the big leagues XD I'll post some Disgea stuff (partially involving some hilarious Ouran references that we found) later. This entry is already long enough as it is.

For New Year's, we stayed in and ordered pizza as well as made some snacks (OUR OWN CHEESE BALL FTW) and sat around watching TV and cracking jokes and watching a bunch of episodes of Medium we had on the DVR. Everyone in my family besides my dad is psychic (my sister can tell when a song is going to be on the radio, my mom is just generally psychic in almost every way possible, and I have dreams), so Medium is like... our favorite family activity XD I loved spending all that time with my family. It was so cozy. I have high hopes for 2010 and I hope it's as wonderful as 2009 was!

On Friday night, Kiona and Natalie spent the night for our Winter Soiree, but since I was too airheaded to plan any activities, we had a tea party and made Kyouya jokes. We decided that the entire Club is convinced that Haruhi is black and they're all racist. This led to an IRL RP in which I was Haruhi and they were racist so they barricaded themselves against the door with pillows and screamed when I came near them. Kiona makes the best Kyouya ever XD it was so funny. Brittany was Tamaki and she made me put on a skanky pink nurse dress "for Club purposes". We also watched Pulse 2 and 3, which were amazing. Pulse 3 is the best of the series, I think. But wait, Pulse 1 was good too. Ahhhhh! Brittany and I also watched Ghost Train, The Eye (the Chinese version), Donnie Darko, Hellraiser Bloodline, Disturbia, and more over her Xmas break. I love horror movies to death 8D We got all the DVD's at a super low closeout sale at FYE, and I also got a $4 Vampire Knight shirt. OMIGAWD I'm in love with Kaname-sama.

Also, on a life update: I was trying to eat spaghetti and my ultra long hair kept getting in it, and I got fed up so I grabbed a pair of scissors and went into the bathroom and cut it all off XD my dad was like "DX" because now he has way longer hair than me and apparently that's emasculating. But Brittany thought it would be fun to take a bunch of pics of it, so here's some:

I CAN'T BELIEVE BRITTANY MURPHY IS DEAD! ;_; I'M SO SAD! It just feels so unreal to find out that a celebrity I loved is gone. It doesn't feel like it could have really happened. I fully plan to watch all of her movies that I have on DVD this week to mourn her passing. *corner of woe* She will be greatly missed. I just... gosh, it's so sad. She was an amazing actress and her roles and lines and delivery always made me laugh.
"PETER'S GAY, DAD! GAAAAAAY!"

Anyway, trying to myself up: the musical feast was amazing <3 The food was really good and Brittany made the best waitress! ^^ She was so polite and I totally had to give her a huge tip I couldn't afford. Her French was impeccable, too! Natalie was there because she played in the band at the beginning, and I was talking to her and she was looking at me weird and kind of trying to get away, and then she was like "DANIE!? IS THAT YOU!?" XD I was wearing makeup, so she didn't recognize me. Apparently I could go undercover as a different girl by just wearing makeup *never bothers to* So Natalie came and sat at the table with me and my parents and got free food XD Also, Brooke (my friend from high school) was at our table too! We got caught up and it was really nice. I had a great time. The music was beautiful!

I did more Xmas shopping on Saturday, and I got my gifts for EVERYONE but Lisa and Sammy. Sammy because I FORGOT to buy her the Naruto pencil sharpener *suicide* and Lisa because I always have trouble shopping for her XD It's like... it's impossible to find a gift for her that I deem good enough. Yeesh, being in love complicates stuff *rubs temples* I've been trying to find her a gift for three months! I WANT TO BE FINISHED SO I CAN STOP STRESSING! I NEVER STRESS SO WHAT THE HELL!?

So anyway, when I was typing "I'm a Slave 4 U" in the music space, I typed "I'm a Salve 4 U" at first and cracked up XDDDDD If I laugh much harder, I'm going to NEED some salve for my ripped sides.

Well... I'm so excited for Christmas that I can barely even breathe at this point. <3 <3 ,3 <3 Bring it on, world!

Also, Ouran chapter 77 is coming out this week *needs* I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS ALREADY! TamaHaru, plz.

So, this weekend I did some major Xmas shopping. I mostly making presents for people this year because it makes me feel way more awesome that people feel special because you took all that time on them! So I bought some stuff for making presents for everybody, plus some manga and such for a few people who need it XD I bought a yaoi manga ("Love Knot") for my friend who is the world's biggest otaku. Yes, bigger than Renge. I totally went crazy on my shopping spree even though I really couldn't afford to XDDDD I had so much fun!

I also bought myself this really cheap ($5) set of two ramen bowls with turquose glaze inside that came in a little basket that I've wanted for a while because they're so pretty (yeah, I get excited over stuff like tableware). And also... I found this for a dollar and had to buy it:

We also decorated the tree and made some peppermint meringue cookies and drank egg nog. I had the most fun time getting into the holiday spirit this weekend! And it's been decided that I get to host me and my friends' annual Christmas party again this year, despite my being the worst hostess ever XD So, I'm so pumped! *throws fist in the air*

Also, my sister and I did this TamaHaru RP when Tamaki got shot by a Yakuza boss, and it was so epic. I'm totally going to fic it. You wouldn't even believe how cool it turned out X3

Well, a lot has happened since I've posted (those random 'Murdoc fucks 2D' things don't count as posts). My mom was cheating on my dad. He got a restraining order against her so he wouldn't kill her if she came home (he has a lot of anger mangement issues, and he LIED in the form, saying she pulled a knife on him so he could get the restraining order), and so she was gone. It was horrible, because I missed her so much and because part of me hated her for hurting us all like she did. She's never done anything bad. She's always been as close to perfect as someone can get. And then she went and did something like this. 'Pulled a Paula', as my sister would say. Things are better now. They're working things out, so she's at home and they're working on their marriage. I should be completely happy about it, but I'm still pissed off that she would do something like that. 
A little over a year ago, I was so innocent and optimistic about everything, and so naive. Now, I've gotten so cynical, and it makes me sad. So many people close to me tried to kill themselves over the course of three months, my mom started fucking a hobo, my best friend turned into an alcoholic, everybody started almost dying in car crashes. And no, I'm not starting a bitchfest about my life, because it's all fine and dandy now and I'm really grateful to have things back to as close to normal as they've ever been, I just wish that I hadn't become so... emotionally old. I don't deal with things well, and so I take everything hard like this. But it's all good now. I just wish I could be little again. I AM ridiculously happy all the time for no reason still, so I have that much left of childhood.

Christmas was fabulous, because the day before Christmas Eve my parents stopped wanting to kill each other and so my mom came home, and they seemed happy on Christmas. We got my sister her pink guitar... I think she said it was a Les Paul or something of that nature, I wasn't paying enough attention. She loves it, and she can play it really well already. I wish I could have been a rock star when I was 12 XD I also got her Slowboat to Hades, which we still haven't watched for some reason XD and she got me the second Gravitation DVD, which is amazing. I LOVE yaoi, and Shuichi and Yuki are so cute together. My whole family got me a combination digital camera/video camera/mp3 player thing, which is so amazing and I love it. I've been shooting video all weekend and making everyone want to kill me. But it's fun, and I'm annoying by nature, anyway. 

We went to the mall the other day, and I got some body spray that sparkles and is pink and smells like muffins! It's so cool! I'm a little obsessed with it, because it's so cool. I got some strawberry spray, too. I'm such a girl XD We also watched Bad Santa a while ago, and now my entire family is obsessed with Thurman Merman. He's so cool. 

I think I want my cute pink journal layout again. Some people think I'm weird because I'm a quote unquote "goth", and I'm obsessed with everything pink and sparkly. I don't get labels. But I guess if they want to call me a goth, it's better than other things I could be called XD like a dweeb or something. 

My dent is getting really deep. It feels like the whole top of my head is caving in now, and when I push on it I can squish my skull up and down. I think I should get it checked out or something, because I don't know if I'm just being paranoid, but I can feel the top of my skull touching my brain or something like that. It's a little bit scary.
