ghost in my house, plz

So, the other day I was lying there reading Fruits Basket, and I got up to make some toast. I was in the kitchen preparing said toast when suddenly I heard this voice, sounding like it was coming from RIGHT BEHIND ME, say "Can I talk to you?" (it sounded like a teenage boy). I turned around really fast, and no one was there. I was a little freaked out, but I said "sure, you can talk to me...". There was a pause, and then the same voice said (still coming from RIGHT in front of me), "I'm so sorry," sounding genuinely remorseful. So, still freaked out, I asked "Why are you sorry?", but he didn't speak again. But then the next night I was lying in bed trying to fall asleep, and then I felt someone touch my forehead in a gentle sort of way, and then they kind of petted me. I turned on the lamp, but there was no one there.

My house is over 100 years old, and it was once the home of a convicted felon as well as a crack/whore house, so I'm not surprised that it's haunted. But I've never had an experience like THAT one before. Usually I just hear someone say "hi!" when I'm alone in my room, but that voice is never as clear and I can't tell what gender it is. So it was really, really cool to have an experience like that, and I'm so happy because I know that there's a spirit here that maybe someday I can make friends with.
